    Ian (verified owner) – March 2, 2017:

These sandwich rolls are amazing, they taste alot like biscuits. I just started out on the SCD diet again after being in remission from crohns for about 10 years. The last time I was on a strict SCD diet was about 8 years ago and I can’t remember being able to order or make anything even close to this myself. These are great!

Q: How should I store my goodies once I receive them?

A: Our baked goods are made without any preservatives or artificial ingredients. This means they are very good for you, but not for a long time!

We recommend that if you do not consume all of your baked goods within 48 hours of receiving them, find a cozy spot in the freezer and let them wait there until you are ready to enjoy. In a hurry? There is no need to defrost for a long period of time – simply take from the freezer and warm up in a microwave for 30-60 seconds.

We often make the suggestion that if you are going to place an order, consider ordering extra that you can freeze upon arrival. This helps save on the shipping expense for next time (and there will be a next time…!)

Q: Are there any allergen considerations on your product?

A: Yes! We use a variety of tree nuts every day in our kitchen, so please be aware and do not order if you or a loved one has a nut allergy.
