All of our baked goods are made with a nut flour base, so they are loaded with protein, healthy fats, vitamins & minerals. Why is this so beneficial? It helps your body easily digest these delicious baked goods and break them down into fuel for your body – leaving you with tons of energy throughout the day and helping you look and feel amazing. No carb/sugar crashes here – just pure, healthy deliciousness.
People eat gluten free due to celiac or for those who have wheat intolerance. However, gluten free still contains processed sugar, preservatives and many grains that are not good for the body. Grains can cause inflammation in the digestive tract which can lead to celiac, Crohns/Colitis and other autoimmune disease.
Because we use nut flours, our baked goods are loaded with protein and healthy fats. They will likely give you loads of energy throughout the day and we hope you will look and feel great!
Our bake shop has a warm, casual atmosphere and is a great place to come with the family or to meet friends for breakfast or lunch. With plenty of tables both inside and out, you can take a moment for yourself or enjoy free Wi-Fi and space to get your work done.
We serve delicious coffee from a small roaster, cold brew iced coffee, an assortment of teas, lattes, cappuccinos and more.
