An ideal way of baking an angel food cake is to make sure that the cake is in one piece after it is removed from the pan. That is not the case when you bake an angel food cake in a bundt pan. 4. You can add more sugar. While mixing harder, add the cake flour, stiffed sugar, and corn starch gently until they are completely mixed.
5. Gently scoop the batter into a properly greased pan to easily take out the cake from the pan. You can insert a knife through the sides of the pan to expel bubbles.

Note: Some people would advise you not to grease so that the cake can stick to the pan and maintain its form better, but we are using a bundt pan, so it is advisable to grease to easily remove the cake from the pan.

6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top turns golden brown and is no longer sticky.
7. Now, allow the cake to cool for about an hour. Remove it from the oven gently, invert it on a plate, and carefully let it slide on the plate.
8. Note: If the cake doesn’t slide out, carefully run a knife through the edges and the center then invert it again.
9. Now you can drizzle your cake with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or whipped topping, then serve.
